Following his father's career into Refrigeration, Darren became a trained refrigeration design and commissioning engineer in 1987.
He moved into the emerging air-conditioning market with a close control company in 1990 where he developed the knowledge that was to later prove invaluable when presented with an opportunity to join BMS when it was 3 months old.
With the support of the founding Director, Darren helped grow the new business through 21 years of steady growth, to the position it holds in the market place today. gaining full ownership in 2006.
Outside of work Darren enjoys any sport and actively spends time supporting junior sport in many disciplines from football, rugby, cricket through to cycling.
Craig started his career with BMS in 2005 straight from college as initially joining as a CAD engineer.
After a short period as a CAD engineer within BMS, Craig progressed his way to a role within the design and estimating department. After a number of years within the department Craig began the role of contract manager alongside his design and estimating duties. In September 2019 Craig became Contracts Director.
Outside of work, Craig is a keen Motorcycle Racer, Football Fan and loves spending time with his family.
Daniel has been with BMS since 1998 starting his role as an apprentice.
During the early years, Daniel spent time working with install and service engineers to broaden his overall knowledge of building services but the long term objective was to progress through to an office position. Here he has worked through many roles including CAD engineer, designing and estimating eventually leading up to his current role as Design and Estimating Manager.
Outside of work, time is spent juggling the kids' various sporting activities, but as a keen cyclist he still manages to cram in 3-4 much needed training sessions a week.
Pat has been with BMS since 2002 when she joined as a Service Administrator.
Having come from a solid background in finance, Pat took over the Office Manager role in 2004 and was promoted to Finance Manager in 2005. She currently oversees all financial matters including payroll, credit control and personnel.
Outside of work, Pat, who has 2 grown up children, enjoys a varied social life and tries to keep fit with Zumba classes and the occasional very amateur round of golf.
Shelley started her career in an internationally recognised organisation and rapidly progressed from Office Junior to Senior Customer Services Executive whilst studying at college. She was relocated to Sheffield for a year to assist with the running of a sister company.
She has been with BMS Ltd for 7 years and began as a Co-Ordinator and now has the role of Customer Services Manager looking after hard and soft services for commercial and domestic properties all over the UK.
Shelley loves spending time with friends and family, shopping and travelling all over the world.
