Our engineers are fully trained to the latest British Standard BS5266 and can offer comprehensive service and maintenance of emergency lighting systems installed. Offering monthly, quarterly and six monthly maintenance, we ensure that your system is fully compliant with the latest standards.
Portable Appliance Testing (PAT)
To ensure you are fully compliant with legislation, we have experienced and fully qualified engineers available to complete PAT testing within any building. We can offer free repairs to minor problems such as fuses and plug tops whilst on site completing the test. If more serious failures are identified we will advise the best action to be taken to either repair or replace the equipment.
Fire Alarm Testing
Working with our BAFE accredited partners we are able to offer full and comprehensive fire alarm maintenance programs. From small conventional systems to large multi panel addressable systems we are able to cover all types of open protocol installations with minimal disruption to clients to ensure that sites are compliant with the latest British Standards.
Electrical Repairs and Testing
With our NICEIC accredited partners we are able to offer all types of electrical repairs and testing. From replacement sockets to lighting replacement and 5 year fixed wire testing, we can complete all types of electrical repairs and maintenance tailored to each client’s needs. All engineers are trained to the latest IEE BS7671:2008 17th Edition Regulations to ensure compliance to the latest standards and codes of practices.
