With a dedicated service and maintenance department, BMS are able to offer a wide range of services to both small and large clients nationally. We are a REFCOM Elite contractor with all of our engineers fully F-gas trained and compliant. We also regularly attend manufacture training courses to develop our knowledge and technical skills on all kinds of equipment. Each engineer has the latest technology iPad linked to our specialist service software in the office with all paperwork completed electronically.
As well as offering tailored Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programs we also provide a 24 hour 365 day per year call out service. We offer a number of response times with 4 hours being high priority attending site quickly to get systems back working quickly keeping any downtime and disruption to a minimum.
