Alfred Place London

The works comprised of a complete new mechanical services CAT A fit out within 35 Alfred Place to provide new lettable table office space to a modern standard.  A completely new Daikin VRV III system has been installed across 6 floors to provide heating and cooling to the office floor plates with all services on show within the offices to give an industrial feel. Each floor had a completely independent VRV system installed to internal BSV/cassette units and new gantries were constructed to house the external condensing units from 1^st to 4^th floors. A new centralised controls system to each floor provided an overall time clock and set point adjustment. The front of house area had a completely stand-alone ducted system installed.

New centralised ventilation systems were installed to provide fresh air to the office plate. A new ductwork riser has been installed which serves all of the fan coil units within the building. The new dedicated air handling unit sits on a dedicated platform at the rear of the building. A toilet extract has been provided by means of a new centralised twin fan system which serves all toilets.

New public health systems were installed from the incoming mains to new tank/booster set serving core areas.  All new paperwork distribution systems were installed to all toilet areas along with new localised water heaters to provide the hot water requirements to basins. The above ground drainage has been revised to suit all new toilet layouts.

All systems were designed supplied and installed to meet BREAM Very Good Standard.
